China’s service industry recovers in March with recovery – Dainik Savera Times

According to data recently released by the Service Industry Survey Center of the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics and the China Logistics and Procurement Association, the business activity index of the service industry in China in March was 52.4%, an increase of 1.4 percentage points from the previous month, three consecutive times. There has been a boom for months and the pace of expansion of the service industry has accelerated.
From an industry perspective, production and operation in the service industry, which is closely related to corporate production, is relatively active. The business activity index of industries such as postal services, telecommunications, radio and television, satellite broadcasting services and monetary and financial services is in the high and prosperous range, above 60.0% in March, whose total trade volume grew rapidly. The business activity index of industries such as wholesale, railway transportation, leasing and professional services is 53.0% and above, and the prosperity level has recovered to varying degrees.
In terms of market expectations, the business activity expectations index stood at 58.2% in March, an increase of 0.1 percentage point from the previous month. This shows that most service industry companies remain optimistic about future market development.
