Musician Girish Vishwa, who returned to Mumbai from Israel amid the Israel-Palestine conflict, narrating his ordeal said that we were a team of 10 people…that day we woke up at 6:30 in the morning to the sound of a big explosion. The hotel siren was ringing. The hotel staff asked us to go to the basement, which contained bunkers. We went inside the bunker but the sounds of missiles and explosions were echoing in our ears. Later we came to the lobby and could see rockets in the air. It was a heart-wrenching scene… I thank the organisers, it is because of their courage that we could come out from there… When we were on the way (to the airport), we saw burnt vehicles, on the roads. Saw potholes and police presence. All 10 of us have returned home safely.
