Four people killed in Israeli attack on Lebanon

Beirut (Uttam Hindu News): Lebanon Four Hezbollah fighters were killed and three others were wounded on Friday in Israeli airstrikes on a village in the border region of Syria. Lebanese military sources have given this information. The sources said several casualties were caused by Israeli attacks on the village of Ramyah in the Bent Jbeil district of southern Lebanon. According to military sources, Israel launched four airstrikes on Ramyah and three on the villages of Aita al-Shaab and Jabal Balat, killing five. Homes were destroyed and 15 others were damaged. Meanwhile, Israel fired about 40 shells on nine towns and villages in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah said its fighters shot down an Israeli drone in southwest Lebanon. Hezbollah said its fighters attacked a gathering of Israeli troops on Friday around the Jal al-Alam site and at the Ruwaisat al-Alam, al-Manara, al-Baghdadi, Ramim and Hadab al-Bustan sites. According to Lebanese security sources, 329 Lebanese people have been killed in the clashes between Hezbollah and Israel, including 223 Hezbollah members and 61 civilians.
