G-7 diplomats rejected the attacks of China, North Korea and Russia

Top diplomats from seven of the world’s richest nations have vowed to take a tough stand on China’s growing threats to Taiwan and North Korea’s uncontrolled long-range missile tests. Diplomats from member countries of the ‘G-7’ group also advocated supporting Ukraine and punishing it for Russia’s attack. Russia’s war in Ukraine occupied most of the agenda for the discussions of the diplomats gathered in this Japanese city. Its purpose is to prepare the ground for the meeting of the leaders of the G-7 countries to be held in Hiroshima next month.

Japan’s Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi told his aides that the world is at a turning point in the fighting in Ukraine and strongly condemns unilateral attempts to forcibly change the status quo and Russia’s attacks against Ukraine and threats of nuclear weapons. should be rejected outright. Japan is presiding over the G-7 talks this year. At a private dinner on Sunday night, Japan’s Foreign Minister Hayashi advocated continuing dialogue with China on a number of global issues, as China’s participation is necessary in many areas.
