There are two categories of cancellation
Train ticket cancellation has been divided into two categories. Ticket cancellation in one category is after the chart is made and the other is before the chart is made. However, if the chart has already been prepared then you will not get money on cancellation of the confirmed ticket.
Fee for cancellation of e-ticket before 48 hours

Will pay 60 rupees in second class
On cancellation of sleeper class train ticket, the entire amount will be refunded after deducting Rs 120 and Rs 60 for second class.
More money will be deducted before 12 hours
If the ticket is canceled less than 48 hours and before 12 hours of the train scheduled departure, the money is refunded after deducting 25% of the fare. Whereas, if you cancel the ticket four hours before the scheduled departure or before the departure of the ticket, you will get the money back after deducting 50 percent of the fare.
