This statement of Fawad Chaudhary has come at a time when there is speculation that he may form a new party. Most of the rebels of PTI will be included in this. All these leaders are now working on the minus Imran Khan formula and the meeting with Qureshi is considered a step in this direction. Chowdhary also said that PDM cannot be given an open ground without active opposition. Pakistani analyst and journalist Hamid Mir says that all avenues of politics are closed for Imran Khan at the moment. Imran Khan may make a comeback in the future, but for the time being, his chances of contesting in the elections are over. His party can also be banned.
