In the United Nations Security Council, India has once again reprimanded Pakistan on the issue of terrorism. The Indian representative has described Pakistan as a safe haven for terrorists. In the United Nations General Assembly, while lambasting Pakistan, India has advised to look at its track record. India’s representative in the UN Prateek Mathur said that the country which gives shelter to terrorists should first check its track record. Prateek Mathur said that I want to say from this platform that this time India will not respond to the mischievous provocations of Pakistan.

He said that our advice to the representative of Pakistan is that we have used ROR many times in the past. Pakistan has always worked to give shelter to terrorism. , We advise the representative of Pakistan to refer to the many replies given by us in the past under ‘right of reply’.

Pakistan’s envoy to the UN, Munir Akram, referred to Jammu and Kashmir while speaking during the UN General Assembly vote on Ukraine during the emergency special session, following which Mathur exercised the ‘right of reply’. Mathur said, “Pakistan should look into its own backyard which has a past record of harboring terrorists and does so with impunity. After two days of intense talks, we all have agreed that the conflict situation can be resolved only by following the path of peace. So it was done at the wrong time.
