Chinese deep-sea fishing vessel ‘Lu Peng Yuan Yu No. 028’ sank in the central part of the Indian Ocean on Tuesday. Along with this, 17 Chinese, 17 Indonesian and five Philippine people who were involved in the crew on board also went missing. The whereabouts of any of the crew members are not yet known. “The search and rescue operation is ongoing,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin told the media here on Thursday.
