In response, he said that whatever Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has done, he has shot himself in the foot. He said that perhaps the Prime Minister of Canada does not know how big a power India has become today. He said that our trade with Canada is only 8.4 billion dollars, which is not a big deal. Due to this, India will not be affected, but Canada will be affected only. He said that IT and banking professionals from India go to Canada in large numbers who have contributed to the growth of the economy of that country. If they do not go, then Canada will suffer only. He said that apart from this, about three and a half lakh Indian students study there and the estimated annual expenditure per student is about Rs 12 lakh. If those students leave from there, Canada will suffer a lot. He said that if the houses built by many people on rent for Indians to live in them become vacant, then the people there will come out to protest against the Prime Minister of Canada. He said that in 2015, Canada had soured relations with Saudi Arabia in the Khashoggi case and ended diplomatic relations. At that time, 15 thousand students from Saudi Arabia who were studying there had left the country, causing a huge loss to Canada. He said that the number of Indians is sufficient. More than 40 percent of the foreign students studying there are Indians. He said that not only this, now that Justin Trudeau has come to his senses, he has restored diplomatic relations with Saudi Arabia.

Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) said that apart from this, we should also see that Justin Trudeau’s father also belonged to the same ideology and Khalistani activities flourished there during his tenure. He said that the work of saving the culprit of the Kanishka plane crash was done there, obstacles were created in the way of getting justice to the victims, not only this, when the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi went to Canada, she was told that the accused of the plane bomb incident would be saved. We cannot hand him over because we have extradition treaties with those countries which consider the British Queen as their sovereign.

Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) said that but one thing should be clear to Justin Trudeau that when America can enter Pakistan to kill the wanted terrorist Osama Bin Laden, then today’s new India will also be able to kill the wanted terrorist Osama Bin Laden. Can enter anywhere to kill criminals or those carrying out anti-India activities. He said that although I am not saying that India has a hand in the incidents that are being reported, India’s strength should be clear to everyone. He said that despite all the evidence presented by India, Canadian authorities did not take any action and allowed Khalistani activities to grow in the name of freedom of expression and also did not share any evidence with India in the Hardeep Singh Nijjar case. He said that all this shows that Canada is going in the wrong direction, that is why even the countries called Five Eyes did not support Justin Trudeau. He said that the way Justin Trudeau’s popularity has fallen and the way the Prime Minister is being cornered by his own country’s media and ruling coalition MPs, as well as opposition MPs, he should be warned in time.
