IndiaTheNews Exclusive: What is the latest update in Israel-Hamas Conflict, are the chances of ceasefire increasing?

This week in IndiaTheNews News Network’s special program Shaurya Path, we wanted to know from Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) that many countries are trying to stop the Israel-Hamas conflict, can they get success? The way Israel is attacking Hezbollah targets in Lebanon, does this war seem to be expanding? In response, he said that Israel will not agree until it achieves its goal. He said that apart from this, one more thing is visible that the western countries are asking Israel for a ceasefire but it seems that they are saying this half-heartedly.

Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) said that in addition, the impact of the war on the Red Sea has further increased as the US and Britain have responded to the increasing attacks by Houthi rebels in Yemen by carrying out targeted strikes on their positions. He said that if Iran comes openly to help the Yemeni rebels, then there is a possibility of this war expanding. He said that apart from this, as far as the possibility of a ceasefire is concerned, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office has said that Israel has made an agreement with the mediator Qatar which will provide medicines to the Israeli hostages in the Gaza Strip. He said that it is possible that the matter may move beyond medicines and there may be exchange of hostages from both the sides and the war may stop for a few days.

Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) said that apart from this, the new crisis in Gaza is that internet and telecommunication services have been shut down in the entire area. He said the main operator there has said that all internet and telecommunications services in Gaza were cut off as a result of Israeli bombardment of the Palestinian territory. He said that Gaza has been blacked out again, making the lives of the already affected people more difficult. He said that the matter of relief at the moment is that Israeli forces are not killing innocents by bombing everywhere in the same way as they were seen doing till some time ago. He said that at present targeted attacks are being carried out only on the basis of concrete information.
