Iran is strengthening relations with Saudi

There has been tension between Iran and several Gulf countries for a long time. Earlier in March, the 7-year-old enmity between Saudi Arabia and Iran ended after the mediation of China. Both emphasized regional stability and economic cooperation. They agreed to resume the 2001 security cooperation agreement.
Apart from this, the implementation of earlier agreements regarding trade, economy and investment has started again. Pakistan has welcomed the normalization of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia. The commander of the Iranian Navy said that UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, Pakistan and India will be included in this naval alliance. Israel is incensed at Saudi Arabia’s friendship with Iran, which wants to cut off Tehran diplomatically. UAE is strengthening its relations with both Iran and Israel.
