The woman told the court she thought her boss yelled at her just because he wanted to have sex and she turned down the offer. After carefully examining the case and reviewing the evidence, the Employment Tribunal at London Central Court concluded that the woman’s view of events was incorrect. The judge said that Gasparova made sensational claims without any evidence. The court has ordered the woman to pay an amount of Rs 5,13,012 to EssDOCS.
