‘What Shotaro did was wrong’

Kishida admitted that he had welcomed the guests but did not stay for dinner. Earlier, Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno described the incident as ‘inappropriate’ and promised that the residence would not be misused again.
