Unconfirmed reports said that about 20 drones were involved, while Russian officials said that many of them fell on buildings after being shot down. There has been no comment from Kiev, but on Monday Ukraine’s military intelligence chief General Kirill Budanov warned of a quick response to a series of Russian missile attacks on Kiev. Sobyanin said some residents were being evacuated.
