Now the IPO of Gujarat’s namkeen manufacturing company Gopal Stacks Limited is coming in the market. The company is trying to collect Rs 650 crore through this IPO. This includes all shares under offer for sale. The company has fixed the price band of Rs 381 to Rs 401 for this on Friday. For this, retail investors will be able to apply from March 6. Whereas, anchor investors will get a chance to bid on March 5. The company is likely to be listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange on March 14.

Gopal Snacks Limited is an FMCG company which does business in India as well as many other countries. It was established in 1999. The company manufactures a variety of snack products such as namkeen and gathiya, wafers, extruded snacks and snack pellets, besides western snacks like papad, masalas, gram flour or besan, noodles, rusks and soan papdi etc. As of November 2023, the company had 276 SKUs with 84 products across different categories. As of September 2023, the company sold the product at more than 523 locations in 10 states and two union territories. The company has better network and logistics.
How much will have to be invested
Retail investors will have to bid for a minimum of one lot. This includes 37 equity shares. After that bidding will have to be done in multiples of 37 equity shares. This means that at least Rs 14,837 will have to be invested at the upper price limit.

You can apply for IPO till March 11.

A premium of Rs 88 is being received on Gopal Snacks IPO. According to this, the estimated listing price of Gopal Snacks IPO is ₹489 (cap price + today’s GMP). That means investors can get at least 21.95 percent profit.
