Allegations on security agencies
The World Sikh Organization, a sympathizer of Khalistanis, has issued a statement. This statement said, ‘The killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada is seriously dangerous for Sikhs. Nijjar had repeatedly reiterated in public that he would be a target of Indian intelligence agencies. The agencies knew this. Canadian agencies knew that Nijjar had faced threats to his life for months. According to the statement, the fact that Nijjar was killed in such a way shows how careless the security agencies are.
Nijjar was the Canadian Chief of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF). Three days before his assassination, Khalistan Liberation Force Chief Avtar Singh Khanda had also died in the UK. His death remains a mystery even today. Khanda died in a hospital in Birmingham. On the other hand, preliminary investigation by Canadian agencies suggests that Nijjar’s murder was a result of rivalry.
