Greater Noida (Uttam Hindu News): Uttar Pradesh RERA has issued revised SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) regarding filing of complaints of buyers and builders, scrutiny, determination of dates and conciliation forum. Through this, the process of filing complaints has been made simpler. There is a system of e-court in Uttar Pradesh RERA to register complaints of buyers and builders. This service will be available on RERA website from January 15. According to the new SOP of RERA, any allottee will go to the RERA web portal and create his profile in the complaint section. In this, e-mail ID and mobile number will have to be given along with all the details. Information about hearing dates will be available on this email and mobile number.

If an allottee takes the help of an expert to lodge a complaint, his mobile number and email will also have to be provided. The complainant will have the option of preview and editing. You can use it only after paying the fees and before submitting the complaint. The complainant will have to deposit a fee of one thousand rupees for this. RERA has created a dashboard for every complainant. By selecting the option available, the complainant can file a complaint before RERA or Adjudicating Officer or for conciliation.

If the allottee does not choose the option of conciliation, then in the filing of the complaint, he will have to give information about the pending or decided complaint and whether the promoter has any order of NCLT. Other options including filing of complaint will be available only according to the information received from such person. It is mandatory for the complainant to attach all the documents and evidence, such as allotment letter, sales agreement (BBA), copies of payment receipts in PDF along with the complaint. This is necessary so that the complaint can be listed quickly and disposed of quickly.
