He said that this is an example of hypocrisy. The army’s media unit said the group dressed in political garb has done what the enemy could not do in 75 years in its “lust for power”. It said that May 9 would be remembered as a dark chapter in history due to the targeting of army property and installations by protesters following Khan’s arrest.

The statement said, “The army showed restraint and tolerance. This was not done keeping in mind his prestige but in the larger interest of the country. It added, “Any further attacks on the military, including all law enforcement agencies, military and state installations and properties, will be met with a befitting reply, the responsibility of which rests with the very group that wants to push Pakistan into a civil war and has expressed this many times. Has done. The army said its mature response foiled the plot.

“We are all well aware that behind this are orders, instructions and pre-planning by some devious people in the party leadership,” the statement said. The army said that the organizers and planners of the demonstrations and the political activists involved in it have been identified and strict action will be taken against them under the law. He said that as part of the conspiracy, such a situation was created so that the army could react immediately and this could be used for evil political purposes. The army said that now these “rogue elements” would be responsible for the consequences. Violent clashes between Khan’s supporters and security forces have left at least seven people dead and nearly 300 others injured across Pakistan in the past 24 hours.
