According to ‘The Express Tribune’ newspaper, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team reached Khan’s Zaman Park residence in Lahore and issued a notice to Bushra. The news in the newspaper said that he (Bushra) was summoned for Tuesday. The NAB had earlier summoned Khan and his wife to its Rawalpindi office on March 9 for questioning in the Toshakhana case.
Imran’s nephew arrested
The hearing in the Toshakhana case was adjourned till March 30 as the judge found the situation not conducive for the hearing. Apart from this, the police arrested former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s nephew and several of his supporters on Monday for their involvement in the attacks on security personnel outside the court. Monday’s arrest took the total number of Khan’s supporters arrested in Islamabad to 198 since Saturday. Khan’s nephew Hasan Niazi is also among those arrested.
Resolution of action on policemen
When Imran Khan left for Islamabad from Lahore on Saturday, the police raided his house. According to the information, a team of about 10,000 policemen took charge. Now Imran has said that legal action will be taken against every officer involved in house searches and beating of workers. The Punjab Police team reached Imran’s house with bulldozers, where the gate was broken.
