Justice Minallah reprimanded the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). Nab has been questioned as to what was the need for him to take the law in his hands? Imran has been arrested in the ongoing hearing in the Al Qadir Trust case. The decision is expected to come on Thursday itself. Imran’s lawyer Hamid Khan was also present in the court. He informed the Supreme Court that Imran Khan was arrested when he reached the Islamabad High Court to seek bail before his arrest.

Justice Bandyal said, ‘The court will issue the correct order today itself.’ He also said that the Supreme Court is very serious about this whole matter. Justice Bandial made it clear that PTI workers are not allowed to come to the court. The Attorney General said that Imran is currently in NAB custody.
Justice Athar Minallah said that if the foundation itself is illegal then the building cannot stand on it. He also said that it is very important that a model is presented now. In the words of Justice Minallah, ‘The manner in which Imran Khan was arrested will not be tolerated.’ The court said that the arrest of Imran Khan would set a wrong example.
During the hearing, Justice Minallah questioned why the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) took the law into its own hands to arrest PTI chief Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
