LC Mittal says, “If we look at the current trends, residential and industrial plots are currently in highest demand in the tricity and the reason for this is the rapid increase in prices. The tricity has very good connectivity with other cities which makes it the best location for residential as well as industrial development. “Plots will be the first choice of investors in the coming financial year 2024-25”.
If we look at the market, there is no doubt that due to good demand in real estate, there has been an increase in prices, which is directly benefiting investors in the form of better returns.
