Prime Minister Modi spoke to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, discussed many important issues

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday held wide-ranging talks with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on a number of issues. During the talks, focus was placed on strengthening bilateral trade and defense relations. Bin Salman is currently on a state visit to India after the end of the G20 summit. Before the talks, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia was formally welcomed in the courtyard of Rashtrapati Bhavan. After the ceremonial reception, Bin Salman told reporters, “I am very happy to be in India. I would like to congratulate India for the G20 summit.” The Saudi leader said the world would benefit from the announcements made at the summit. “We will work together to build a bright future for both the countries,” he said.
