Rahul is likely to interact with students at the prestigious Stanford University in San Francisco. He will then address a press conference in Washington and hold meetings with lawmakers and people associated with institutions. The 52-year-old Congress leader is also expected to address Indian-Americans and interact with Wall Street executives and university students during his week-long visit to the US. He is scheduled to end his tour with a public event in New York on June 4. The talk will take place at the Javits Center in New York. Pitroda had said last week that Rahul Gandhi’s visit was aimed at promoting shared values and vision of a “real democracy”.
