Share Market: There is a storm again in the stock market, Sensex rose by 603 points, Nifty also jumped.

Share Market Opening: Amidst the strong signals coming from the global market, a stormy rise has been seen in the Indian stock market today. In early trade, the Sensex was at 71,848.62 points with a gain of 493.4 points. Whereas, Nifty jumped 160.65 points to reach 21,673.65 points. A rise has been seen in 48 stocks of Nifty 50. Whereas, two shares are still trading with red mark. After the news of share buyback, Bajaj Auto shares have risen by 2.81 percent. At the same time, Wipro shares are also among the top gainers with a rise of 1.80 percent. Apart from the 30-share Sensex share of Power Grid, there is a rise in 29 stocks. Till 10.45 am, the Sensex was trading at 71,958.90 with a rise of 0.85 percent or 603 points. Whereas, Nifty is trading at 21,697.95 with a rise of 0.86 percent i.e. 184.95 points.

Rupee rises by six paise at 83.08 in early trade

The rupee rose by six paise to reach 83.08 against the US dollar in early trade on Tuesday. The rupee gained momentum due to weak US currency and favorable crude oil prices. Forex traders said that the positive trend from the domestic markets and continuous buying by foreign institutional investors also supported the Indian currency. In the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee opened at 83.07 per dollar and then reached 83.04 per dollar. After this it reached 83.08 per dollar, which is an increase of six paise from the previous closing price. The rupee had closed at 83.14 per dollar on Monday. Meanwhile, the dollar index, which gauges the US currency against six other currencies, was trading 0.07 per cent lower at 101.85. Global oil benchmark Brent crude futures rose 0.33 percent to $ 76.37 per barrel. According to stock market data, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) bought shares worth Rs 16.03 crore on Monday.
