Today, the BSE Sensex was trading at a level of 57773 with a fall of 216.38 points. NSE’s Nifty is at the level of 17066 with a decline of 33.45 points.

Today only 2 stocks of Sensex are up, namely Hindustan Unilever and Titan. Among the falling stocks, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, L&T, Nestle, NTPC, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank, UltraTech Cement, Asian Paints, ITC, HDFC, Sun Pharma, Maruti, HCL Tech and Powergrid are the most broken.
Rupee strengthened against dollar
The rupee opened strongly against the dollar today. Today, the rupee opened at a level of Rs 82.45 against the dollar with a strength of 10 paise. On the other hand, on Friday, the rupee strengthened by 15 paise to close at Rs 82.55 against the dollar.
