builder did not take the notice seriously
Deputy Collector Alok Gupta said, “The supertech builder owes Rs 33 crore 56 thousand to RERA. For whose recovery, notices were sent to the builder many times, and warnings were also given thrice outside his office. But, the builder did not take it seriously. The builder also did not pay the dues. Due to this, its main office at Sector 96 has been sealed.
