HR And Strategy Consulting was organized on 1st September of DRISHTI SME HR Awards Ceremony and Panel Discussion by Stratfix Consulting, the country’s leader. In which prizes were given in various categories and an interesting panel discussion followed.
Best Employee & Retention Award to FYNXT, Best Training & Development Program Award to Growt India Pvt Ltd, Best HR Policy Award to Eminent Cars Pvt Ltd, Best Reward & Recognition Award to Velox Automation at the award ceremony held at Amore Hotel, Dumas Road The group was given the Emerging Reward and Recognition Award.
Anand David, Founder, Manford was present as the keynote speaker at the award ceremony. Also a panel discussion was organized on various topics, in which Surat Deputy Labor Commissioner MC Kariya, Sumikot Limited Director Rakesh Somani, Sri Ramakrishna Export Pvt Ltd’s CHCO Dr. Nirav Mandir, Reliance Industries Limited’s HR Department EX AVP Rajesh Shah was present. The “People First” philosophy is followed by both traditional and new businesses, in the context of the 4Ps (People, Profit, Purpose, Product) of business during the panel discussion, to ensure successful human resource retention and development.
Topics like how to optimize HR strategies, universal importance of HR practices in organizations ranging from SMEs to semi-corporate and corporate were fruitfully discussed. Anand David, who was present as the keynote speaker, said that the traditional pyramid structure must be transformed from a top-down approach to a bottom-up approach to unlock HR excellence for long-term survival in the market.
Stratfix co-founders Mukul Goyal, Chirag Patel, business partners Anupama Sultania, Dimple Shastri and Marketing Head Alok Verma’s team played a key role in the event. Drishti is an SME HR Award. In which HR among the first companies nominated by the HR consulting team of Stratefix Consulting. The sector was audited and this HR. As a result of the audit, each company’s Human Resource (HR) best practices were identified and nominated for the award. Awards were given to 5 companies out of more than 100 companies.
