An important meeting was organized by FOSTA (Federation of Surat Trade and Textile Association) today, Friday, 12th April 2024, in the boardroom of FOSTA office for increasing and safe trade of pavilion trade and garment trade. FOSTA President Kailash Hakim, Surat Mandap Cloth Association President Devbhai Sancheti and his committee, and Dineshbhai and his team from Garment Association participated in this meeting.
In the meeting, both the organizations agreed to work together to promote pavilion trade and garment trade. FOSTA President Kailash Hakim said that about 300 traders associated with pavilion trade and 600 traders associated with garment trade, calling their organization a component of FOSTA, supported joining with increasing trust and faith in FOSTA. He also said that at present, different organizations of the textile market are cooperating in joining FOSTA, and the leading organization of the textile market will work as a huge banyan tree taking together all the components related to the textile trade.
Along with FOSTA President Kailash Hakim, FOSTA Director and officials of Surat Mandap Cloth and Garment Association were also present in the meeting. Chairman Mr. Hakim expressed his gratitude on everyone’s arrival and said that by combining all the organizations, we have to create a huge organization in the form of FOSTA.
This meeting is an important step for pavilion trade and garment trade, and the collaboration between the two organizations will definitely benefit traders.
