A three-day ‘Surat Start-up Summit-2023’ was organized by South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 27, 28 and 29 October 2023 at Platinum Hall, Surat International Exhibition and Convention Centre, Sarsana. In which innovative products are being showcased by start-ups. 913 people from different cities visited the summit during two days. Students from engineering and management fields also showed interest in the start-up idea.

Surat-based entrepreneur Hit Gabaani, who started a startup named OTPless two years ago, said, ‘Our startup is a user authentication solution startup. Which is useful for websites and applications without OTP and password. This start-up provides multiple login options to the user. It is a one-tap silent process that can manage customer details.

He said it takes four to five days for small entrepreneurs to collect customer details and require a technical team to store them on a digital platform, but OTPless has an integration effort that helps small entrepreneurs in five to ten minutes. Provides complete facilities. Also provides them live and CRM facility. He further said that Monthly Limited provides this facility free of cost to small entrepreneurs with less than one thousand customers.

Inside FPV Ventures’ technical manager Rahul Rajelia said that the drone has been manufactured by his company. His start-up is India’s first consumer drone, used for cinematic and videography apart from agriculture and defence. They also provide these drones to farmers in the agricultural sector at a subsidy of 50 percent. His drone is completely automated. He also got funding for a start-up in Shark Tank.

Surat’s Parishi Attodariya, who started Seedtree start-up, said that two years ago he had done innovation for construction, architect, engineering interior. His start-up provides customers with a digital platform for architectural plans and interiors. In which they provide doorstep service to the customers from the beginning of the design of a room. Customers had to visit various showrooms and shops, they show and provide the interiors to the customers sitting at their homes through digital platforms. Payment security and deadlines are guaranteed for customers. In one and a half years, apart from Surat, he has done projects in 65 cities of the country. He has also done projects in California, USA.

Akshar Devgania of Dream Child Garbh Sanskar Surat said that parents can now plan for the child they want and it starts from the womb itself. Their start-up provides guidance to parents from baby planning to delivery. In which the focus is on the mental development of the child. Under the guidance of the expectant mother, 80 percent of the fetus’s brain develops. For this, they also make the pregnant mother do various types of activities. He has more than 2.5 lakh customers in more than 50 countries.

Pune-based Priyanka Pathe, who has launched a start-up called Diamond Headquarters Pvt Ltd, said her start-up shows customers different diamond rings with different prices at one place. Customers get information about the minimum and maximum price of the diamond ring of their choice in a very short time, so that they do not waste their time in other formalities.
