Olectra Greentech: Olectra Greentech reported a combined net profit of Rs 27 crore for the March quarter, up 52% over the same period last year. This was due to a 39% increase in consolidated revenue from Q4FY22 to Q4FY23. The consolidated revenue of the company stood at Rs 376 crore as against Rs 271 crore in the previous year. The company recommended paying a final dividend. In their meeting on May 5, 2023, it was decided to pay 0.40 (10%) dividend for each equity share of Rs 4 each.
Britannia India: The bakery and dairy products manufacturing company’s consolidated profit for the quarter ended March FY2023 rose 47.5% year-on-year to Rs 557.6 crore. Strong operating and topline results have resulted in strong profits for the company. Total operating revenue at Rs 4,023.2 crore grew by 13.3%. Operating EBITDA grew 440 basis points to 19.9% from Rs 800.9 crore in Q4FY23 and grew 19.9% year-on-year. For FY23, the board declared an interim dividend of Rs 72 per share.
