Former US President Donald Trump has posted bond to pay a US$83.3 million fine imposed by a jury in the defamation case filed by author E. Jean Carroll. Trump’s lawyer gave this information.

Attorney Alina Hubba filed an affidavit before a New York court judge on Friday, stating that Trump has obtained a bond of US $ 91.6 million from the Federal Insurance Company.
