The face of Maa Kali with a face like Marilyn Monroe is visible in the smoke from the blast. His tongue is out and there is a garland of skulls around his neck. This photograph has angered the Hindus a lot. They are saying that this is the reason why Ukraine is not getting any kind of support from India.
Users said very disgusting act
One user wrote, ‘I am deeply saddened by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in this way making fun of Maa Kali, who is highly revered among Hindus. This is a blatant display of insensitivity and ignorance. I demand him to remove the objectionable content and apologise. Respect for all religions and beliefs is paramount. Another user wrote, ‘Shame on you for making such cartoons and insulting our faith! Very disgusting attempt.
Demand from Musk and Jaishankar
Several angry Twitter users in India started tagging CEO Elon Musk and India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. Users have demanded strict action against Ukraine from both of them. The photograph and tweet were taken down shortly after by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. But by then its screen shot had gone viral.
