Vande Bharat Express: Today was a very special day for the people of Kerala. Today i.e. on Tuesday (April 25), PM Modi has given the gift of Vande Bharat Express train to the people of the state. PM Narendra Modi flagged off the Thiruvananthapuram Central-Kasaragod Vande Bharat Express train from Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station. Along with PM Narendra Modi, Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, CM Pinarayi Vijayan and MP Shashi Tharoor, many other people had reached Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station.
Gift of crores to Kerala: Significantly, PM Modi has given a gift of crores of rupees to the state during his visit to Kerala. When PM Modi reached Thiruvananthapuram, people warmly welcomed him. During this, PM Modi also did a roadshow in Thiruvananthapuram. During the road show, PM Modi greeted the people standing on both sides of the road. After this, PM Modi flagged off the Vande Bharat Express train at Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station.
Timings and Route of Vande Bharat Express: Apart from Thiruvananthapuram, this train will pass through total 11 districts of Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur, Tirur, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur and Kasaragod. Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram Central will leave Kasaragod at 2:30 pm on April 26 and reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 10:35 pm on the same day. On the other hand, according to the information received regarding the return of this train, Thiruvananthapuram Central-Kasargod Vande Bharat will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central on April 28 at 5.20 pm and it will reach Kasaragod at 1.25 am.
