What is China’s peace plan to end the Russia-Ukraine war, hearing which Zelensky expressed his desire to meet Jinping

China’s peace proposal

China has presented a 12-point peace plan to end the Russia-Ukraine war. In this plan of China, it has been said that there should be a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia. Stressful situations should be reduced. So that the way can be cleared for starting peaceful talks. China also suggested that western countries lift the sanctions against Russia and make an honorable corridor to evacuate civilians trapped in the middle of the war. Targeting America, China has said that sending weapons to Ukraine will not bring peace. China has also expressed strong opposition to the use of nuclear and biological weapons in war. China also expressed Russia’s legitimate concerns over respect for Ukraine’s sovereignty and security.

Zelensky ready to meet Jinping

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he wants to meet with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping to discuss Beijing’s call for a ceasefire and peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
