Xiaomi’s first new energy vehicle officially released – Dainik Savera Times

On the evening of March 28, Xiaomi held a press conference in Beijing, the capital of China, where it officially introduced its first new energy vehicle, Xiaomi SU7. The company introduced three variants of the SU7: SU7, SU7 Pro and SU7 Max, all with a minimum battery life of 700 kilometers.
Xiaomi Founder, Chairman and CEO Leichun shared that their R&D team has achieved many technological innovations in key areas such as design, battery technology, intelligent driving, smart cockpit and body structure. Specifically, their intelligent driving system is scheduled for internal testing in April, followed by a public launch in 10 cities in May, with hopes of expanding nationwide by August.
In the year 2021, Xiaomi entered the electric vehicle field, later completing industrial and commercial registration in Beijing and setting up a factory covering an area of more than 7 lakh square meters. The factory can produce a new car every 76 seconds, improving efficiency.
