PM Modi has repeatedly threatened many Indian leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar.
Taking action against a terrorist of pro-Khalistan outfit Sikh for Justice (SFJ), the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday seized the properties of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in Chandigarh and Amritsar. Pannu, head of the outlawed organization Sikhs for Justice in India, was designated as a wanted terrorist in 2020. He is facing more than 20 criminal cases in Punjab. He has repeatedly threatened many Indian leaders including PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar.
On the orders of the NIA court, a property seizure notice has been pasted outside the house owned by banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) founder and designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in Chandigarh. Even in 2020, his properties were attached. Which basically meant that he could not sell the property, but after this step Pannu has lost the ownership of the property. All these properties of Pannu have been confiscated by NIA on the orders of Mohali Court.
