Cape Town. The BRICS grouping of five nations on Friday resolved to tackle terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, including cross-border movement of terrorists, terror financing networks and terrorist safe havens.
BRICS includes India, Brazil, Russia, China and South Africa. The joint statement ‘The Cape of Good Hope’ issued by the foreign ministers of these countries strongly condemned terrorism “whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed”.
