He also termed the act of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as a hate statement. Some Twitter users also urged External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to intervene in the issue. Tagging Jaishankar, a user said in his tweet, “Please take note of this derogatory post for misrepresenting Maa Kali.” Since the Ukraine crisis began in February last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi Has spoken on the phone several times to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
