Kyiv (Uttam Hindu News): 25 people have been killed in heavy shooting at a market on the outskirts of the Russian-held city of Donetsk. Alexey Kulemgin, mayor of the Russian-held town, said 20 other people, including two children, were wounded in the attack on the suburb of Tekstilshchik. Mayor Alexey Kulemzin claimed that the shells were fired by the Ukrainian army. However, Kiev has not yet commented on the matter.
Here, a fire broke out after two explosions in the chemical transport terminal at Russia’s Ust-Luga port. According to local media, the port was attacked by Ukraine with a drone. After this the gas tank exploded. The fire broke out at the site of Novatek, Russia’s second-largest producer of natural gas. Russian officials said there were no casualties in the attack, but the district was put on high alert.
The Russian army has established control over Krokhmalne, a village in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Russia’s Defense Ministry gave this information on Sunday and the Ukrainian Army spokesperson also confirmed it. Earlier on Thursday, Russia’s Defense Ministry had informed about the capture of a settlement named Vesle in eastern Donetsk, Ukraine.
