In response, he said that there was no solution to the peace talks in Jeddah because one-sided talks were being held there. Unless talks are held with the side from whose side the war was started, how will peace be established? It would seem that this peace talk was just a sham. However, on behalf of the organizers of this talks, it has been said that the second round of talks will be held soon. Russia is paying attention to the points put forth by all the countries during the Jeddah meeting. But Russia is also seeing that during the meeting Ukraine remained adamant on issues on which Vladimir Putin would never agree. Like Ukraine wants Crimea back but Russia will never do that.

Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) said that the reason for the increased attacks from Russia is also because Putin has understood that Ukraine is not getting the same support from European and Western countries. He needs Everyone is saying that we are with Ukraine, but the way Ukraine is repeatedly extending arms and money, now NATO countries are tired of it.

Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi (Retd) said that as far as the US has said that the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine will be one of the top topics of discussion at the G-20 summit to be held in India next month, then on that I believe that in all the G-20 meetings that have taken place in India, the topic related to Ukraine has come up somewhere, so this issue will definitely come up in the summit too. He said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is finding it difficult to come but he should come to India to attend the meeting. He said that if Putin meets US President Joe Biden during the event in Delhi, all issues can be resolved. He said that Putin should also keep in mind that the Chinese President and heads of some other countries will also be here to support him, as well as India is also a special friend of Russia, so Putin should talk about the issue related to peace. He said that India is the land of Mahatma Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi, therefore it is possible that the ceasefire or the decision to end the Russia-Ukraine war should be written here.
