Israel wants Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps to be considered a terrorist organization

tel aviv (Uttam Hindu News): After thwarting an Iranian attack on its soil, the Israeli government wants the world to label Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) a terrorist organization.
According to Foreign Ministry sources, Israel’s Foreign Minister Israel Katz has talked to his British and French counterparts about this.
Israel has made several allegations against the IRGC. It is alleged that he has been involved in attacks by Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis.
According to sources in the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, the retaliatory strike against Iran has been finalized at a war cabinet meeting. But the timing of the attack has not been finalized.
Israel wants to garner support from the international community against Iran.
Speaking to IANS, a former Major General of Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad said that Iran will not attack Israel with full force. The attack on Sunday was just to convince his people that he can attack.
He said that Israel knows Iran’s capabilities. If it tried to launch a lethal attack on Israel, it could have serious consequences. He said that Iran knows this.
Hebrew and Arabic media have reported that Israel is preparing to retaliate and the timing and method are not yet clear.
