According to another media report, in a large conference meeting of leaders of Muslim countries around the world in Riyadh on Saturday, there was a demand for immediate ceasefire in Gaza and resolution of the Palestinian issue. These leaders criticized Israel and called for an immediate end to attacks on Gaza. Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi even demanded to stop oil supply to Israel. Some countries proposed suspending economic and diplomatic relations with Israel and its allies.

Apart from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, leaders of Arab League countries also participated in this meeting. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi arrived wearing a Palestinian kaffiya. Apart from him, in this meeting, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Egyptian President Abdul Fatah Al Sisi, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Syrian President Bashar Al Assad, King of Jordan, Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas and Indonesian President Joko Widodo and Kyrgyzstan’s President Sady Japarov were among the prominent attendees. The conference was inaugurated by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
