Jaishankar showed the mirror to Islamabad on terrorism, furious Pakistan accused of defaming on the diplomatic front

Pakistan is worried after India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar showed the mirror to Islamabad on its policy of terrorism. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has become a major headache for Islamabad these days. Pakistan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has accused the Indian leadership of ‘absurd obsession’ towards Pakistan. There has been a reaction from Pakistan to the remarks of India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, in which he called Pakistan a Frankenstein monster.

Pakistan’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar said Indian leaders have turned into armchair pundits after attempts to discredit and isolate Pakistan on the diplomatic front. By focusing on Pakistan, he is ignoring the development of his own country. India’s social structure is being ruined because of the fanatical Hindustva ideology. Khar said that Pakistan has responded to India’s letter for the Indus Water Treaty. Pakistan is committed to the treaty in good faith.

The India Water Treaty (IWT), signed in 1960 through the good offices of the World Bank, survived the vicissitudes of acrimonious relations between the countries. In response to another question, Baloch said that Pakistan used the relevant channel of communication, where our Indus Commissioner sent a letter to his Indian counterpart.
