This missile test by North Korea came after firing artillery shells near the tense maritime border with South Korea. South Korea had conducted similar firing practice in the same area. It was already known that Kim Jong was going to fire missiles again. Some time ago the crazy dictator had made a big statement regarding nuclear weapons and threatened a nuclear attack. Kim Jong had said that if provoked by the enemy, we will not hesitate in launching a nuclear attack.
