Ghazni. The Taliban publicly executed two people at a stadium in southeastern Afghanistan on Thursday. Both men were shot to death in the presence of thousands of people, including a correspondent of the news agency Associated Press, in the Ali Lala area of Ghazni city. The Taliban refused to provide any information about the alleged crimes of the two men.

Furthermore, religious scholars requested the relatives of the victims to forgive the culprits, but they refused. At around 1 pm, one person was shot eight times while another was shot seven times. After this the ambulance took away the bodies of both the people. This is the fourth incident in which the culprits have been publicly executed since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan in 2021.
