After this, the US Department of Justice had filed a charge sheet against the person Nikhil Gupta. It was believed that Nikhil Gupta was being given information about hiring betel nut killers. Some Indian officer was giving this information to Nikhil Gupta. At the same time, the Ministry of External Affairs is busy in finding out whether any officer was really involved in this. After this matter came to light, India and America discussed this matter seriously. The Central Government has also constituted an inquiry committee in this matter.
