Islamabad. Terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for the blast in a mini bus in the capital of Afghanistan late Saturday night. Two people were killed in this blast. According to police spokesman Khalid Zadran, 14 people were injured in the attack in Dashti Barchi, a western area of Kabul.

The terrorist organization has carried out several attacks on schools, hospitals and mosques and has also targeted other Shia areas across the country. Earlier in November last year, IS had claimed responsibility for a blast on a bus in the same area of Kabul, in which seven people were killed and 20 others were injured. Taliban Defense Minister Mohammad Yacob Mujahid said on December 31 that IS-affiliated attacks dropped by 90 percent last year.
