Kathmandu airport officials said that both the black boxes of the crashed Yeti Airlines plane have been recovered. According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), the K9N-ANC ATR-72 aircraft took off from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu at 10.33 am. While landing at Pokhara airport, the plane crashed on the banks of river Seti between the old airport and the new airport. The flight that crashed had 53 Nepalese, five Indian, four Russian, two Caribbean, one Irish, one Australian, one Argentinian and one French tourist on board. Nepal Police spokesman Tek Prasad Rai told that the work of identifying the dead bodies is going on. But the bodies are so badly burnt that it is difficult to identify them.
