But now India and France have sensed the danger. France has passed a bill in its parliament. After which the French government will easily expel the infiltrators from the country. France has also started expelling foreign clerics from the country. Now India has also given a big statement saying that illegal Rohingya refugees will be expelled from the country. The Modi government has told the Supreme Court that the Rohingyas are illegal immigrants and do not have the right to reside and settle, which is a fundamental right available only to citizens.

As a developing country with the world’s largest population and limited resources, it is necessary to give priority to the country’s own citizens. Therefore, foreigners cannot be fully accepted as refugees, especially where the majority of such foreigners have entered the country illegally. The affidavit, signed by the Under Secretary of the Home Ministry, emphasizes the government’s stance against illegal migration as a policy matter. To support this, it has also underlined its legal obligation under the Alien Act to deport an illegal migrant.
