In the month of January, Iran attacked Pakistan with drones and missiles. In this attack, two bases of the terrorist organization named Jaish al-Adal were targeted. Jaysh al-Adl, translated as Army of Justice in Arabic, is considered the successor to Jundallah or the Soldiers of God. Instigated a violent uprising against the Islamic Republic in 2000, leading to a decade-long insurgency in the restive southeast. The situation changed in 2010 when Iran executed Jundallah’s leader Abdolmalek Rigi. The attack was a significant blow to the rebel group.

Kulbhushan Jadhav handed over to ISI

Let us tell you that Jaish-al-Adal had kidnapped Indian citizen Kulbhushan Jadhav from Iran. Jaish-al-Adal itself had handed over Kulbhushan Jadhav to ISI. Kulbhushan Jadhav was kidnapped from Chabahar, Iran. In April 2017, Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and terrorism. While Pakistan claims that Jadhav, who has business interests in Iran, was arrested from Balochistan, India has said that he was abducted from the Iran-Pakistan border.

Four countries imposed ban

In 2010, Iran had killed Abdolmalek Rigi, a senior leader of the terrorist organization Jundallah. After this, in the year 2012, the members of this organization formed another organization, which was named Jaish-al-Adl. The head of this terrorist organization is currently Salauddin Farooqui. Due to the actions of this terrorist organization, it has been banned by Iran, Japan, America and New Zealand.
